Order
Our webshop is open all year round. Ordering with us is very easy! You will always receive confirmation of your order and payment method by email. We process and ship orders Monday to Saturday. We can be reached personally during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. CET (excluding public holidays). Goods that are in stock are ready for dispatch no later than two working days after receipt of payment. We can order products for you that are not immediately available. The production time for Madame Pivot shoes has become much shorter due to restructuring. We can usually deliver ordered shoes within three weeks. Shipping costs are due for each shipment . If a product is no longer available, for example because it has been removed from the range, we will inform you immediately.
Delivery
By default, we only ship with DHL in Germany and neighboring EU countries. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance coverage expires. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes and parcel stations.
shipment tracking
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the shipment status online.
Payment by bank transfer / advance payment
Your order, whether marked with the status “available for immediate delivery” or “to be ordered”, is due immediately after the invoice has been sent by email. If the invoice has not been paid after two working days, the goods are no longer reserved for you and we reserve the right to release the goods for further sale or the order will be cancelled. Any transfer costs and bank charges must be borne by the customer. Credits from returns will be transferred back to the bank account from which the original order was paid.
