The vegan line found its origins in the personal commitment of individual Madame Pivot employees, the increased demand from customers, and the desire to be able to offer a manufacturing process with particular attention to ethics and environmental friendliness.
Madame Pivot ensures that every step of the production of her vegan line is 100% animal-free: every single ingredient is tested for animal-friendliness at every processing step.

The interior of the vegan dance shoes is basically made of textile, with an inlay made of vegan leather. Some models are also offered in vegan leather and vinyl. The sole of the vegan line is made of Tunit, a rubber-synthetic mix that is very flexible, durable and slippery, so it can be danced on all types of floors.

Like all Madame Pivot shoes, the vegan line is carefully made by hand in Italy. Currently, the vegan shoes are only available for women and by custom order.
